Chakralogy course allows you to look at the energy of the Chakra and how they affect us on a daily basis. Chakras are not something that is elusive to be given attention just in the yoga class and neither it is mumbo-jumbo for the hippies. Chakras are vital to our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual growth. Understanding and optimizing our chakras is as essential as good nutrition, exercise and physiology. This course is going to just that by understanding the relevance of chakras to our lives, our mindset and manifestation and harness it to create balance, positivity and to thrive instead of just existing.
The word “Chakra” is Sanskrit for wheel or disk and signifies one of seven basic energy centers in the body. Each of these centers correlates to major nerve ganglia branching forth from the spinal column. Dis-eases tend to point to the region of the body that is governed by that Chakra. This allows us to see where the energy is congested, stagnant, under or overactive. This energy is connected with our physical body through seven centers. There are several minor chakras as well that are connected to the main chakras. In addition, the Chakras also correlate to levels of consciousness, archetypal elements, developmental stages of life, colors, sounds, body functions, and so much.
